This is really good news…

…but also rather frightening. Tea healthier than water (that’s the good bit), but a) I drink about 7 or 8 cups a day and b) tea makes up nearly 90% of my (non-alcoholic) liquid consumption, which appears to be a little more than the average. Is it still good for me?
