A Guildford man has been honoured in the People’s Courage Awards for 2006 for showing ‘outstanding bravery and strength of character’ in throwing out a number of old computer cables, even though he could not remember where they came from and could not be certain that one of them might not come in handy again at some point in the future.

Maybe I stopped playing with lego too young. I didn’t realise it could be such a help around the home. I’m glad those guys don’t own any of these though. That would be too much.

Chris Morris does 911

I know this is very old, but if you haven’t seen it before, go have a look at the Smoke Hammer, Chris Morris’ parody of cnn.com during the aftermath of 9/11 (or in English, 11/9 thanks). Being reminded of this got me to thinking of other Morrisean things, and in so doing found an excellent (if rather obsessive) fan site at Cook’d and Bomb’d.
