PyScrobbler
I wrote and currently maintain pyscrobbler, a set of python bindings to the rather excellent AudioScrobbler APIs.
You should treat this page as the canonical source of information regarding the project.
Right now, however, you should just read the source, as it’s well documented!
Currently we are at release 1.0, which can be downloaded from Google Code.
