Website relaunch

We’ve gone from a very simple Plone site with zero content and zero design to a rather cunning combination of Turbogears, svn, reStructuredText and docutils with lots of content. Hopefully we’ll look a little more the part now. God forbid however that we end up looking enterprisey.
