Worst fears not realised (yet)
Posted at 7:29am on Wednesday, June 15th, 2005My main worry about Jon Lewis getting his place in the England squad was that, like James Anderson, he’d spend the summer on the sidelines, not playing for his county but not getting a bowl for England either, leaving Glos in the doldrums and his confidence shattered. Instead it looks like the summer is treating him well - let’s hope he gets a place in the match at Bristol on Sunday.
