Hmm… I have previously been hard behind the folks at downhill battle but their latest project - itunesperipod.com - kind of misses the point. Of the 6,650 tracks on my mp3 player well over 6,500 of them are on CD on the shelves in my living room…
But I’m sure happy it has. Who’d have thought that the Aussies would get spanked (again) while England would show utter dominance (even if it is over Bangladesh)? And Lewis is playing superbly as well. Marvellous. Bring on Sunday (and the rest of the summer).

My main worry about Jon Lewis getting his place in the England squad was that, like James Anderson, he’d spend the summer on the sidelines, not playing for his county but not getting a bowl for England either, leaving Glos in the doldrums and his confidence shattered. Instead it looks like the summer is treating him well - let’s hope he gets a place in the match at Bristol on Sunday.

Hmm.. Tried the ICE idea mentioned a couple of days ago and found a rather fundamental problem. By putting Claire’s mobile number in under the name ICE the CLI number recognition stopped working for her phone, as her number is now in there under two different names and my phone doesn’t know which one to display…. So… Nearly a good idea, but not quite….
