Fight! fight! fight!

Lunar Embassy claims to have exclusive rights to sell Lunar real estate. Lunar Federation claims to have exclusive rights to sell Lunar real estate. The only decent thing is to let them hammer it out in court. (Or perhaps I should just buy from both to be sure?)
