Weekend of sport
Posted at 4:20am on Sunday, September 7th, 2003Just got back from London where I’ve spent the last 3 days watching England at the Oval clawing back the series from the South Africans in the most impressive style, making it look like we may actually win the match and send them home with a drawn series. Looking at the start of the summer there’s no way you would have predicted that! That and we beat the French at Twickenham last night, taking the unbeaten run at “Fortress Twickenham” to 19 games. Bloody Marvellous. Apparently we even won at that other game…
